NEW CASTLE —
Monday is the observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Some agencies and government offices will be closed. Among them are:
•Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s driver’s license and photo centers. Those centers also will be closed Saturday and Sunday. Customers may obtain a variety of driver and vehicle products and services online through PennDOT’s driver and vehicle services website, www.dmv.state.pa.us.
•Allied Coordinated Transportation Services’ office will be closed. However, the agency’s vans will be running Monday.
