NEW CASTLE — The U.S. Search, Rescue and Recovery Corps will give a presentation in New Castle this month for interested volunteers.

The session will begin at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 19 in the second-floor auditorium at the New Castle Public Library, 207 E. North St.

The regional headquarters for U.S. SARR Corps is in Beaver Falls and operates throughout the region. In existence for 40 years, it serves primarily to help locate missing persons, including those with autism, Alzheimer’s disease and abducted children.
