Dumaresq was appointed by Gov. Tom Corbett to serve as secretary of education on Aug. 26.

This year’s dinner theme is “Education 2.0: Meeting the Challenge.”

The social hour is 5 to 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 6. The cost to attend is $65 per person or $650 for a table of 10.

To make reservations, contact lottie@lawrencecountychamber.org or call (724) 654-5593. Non-chamber members are welcome to attend.
