NEW CASTLE —
Work to conduct geotechnical drilling and research on Petersburg Road in North Beaver Township will begin Monday, weather permitting.
The project is in anticipation of the future replacement of two bridges on the road.
Short-term lane closures will occur as needed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays through mid-January between Enon Road and McClain Road. Crews from Pennsylvania Drilling will conduct the work.
Motorists should use caution and be aware of changing traffic patterns when driving through the area. Flag crews will control traffic as needed.
