NEW CASTLE —
There will be an informational meeting Tuesday for the proposed New Castle Arts Charter Academy.
The meeting will run from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Hoyt Institute of Fine arts.
Joshua Pollak from the law office of Latsha, Davis and McKenna will be in attendance to discuss charter law and answer questions.
