News Video: Family, friends observe Kenzie Houk’s birthday

PHILADELPHIA — On Sunday, Kenzie Houk’s family and friends gathered at her grave at Parkside Cemetery in Shenango Township for an annual birthday party and balloon launch in her memory.

She would have been 30 years old on Friday.
