Police conduct drug raid in Crestview Gardens

NEW CASTLE — Authorities executed a warrant at Crestview Gardens Thursday in the latest drug raid in Lawrence County.

Police took four people — three men and a woman — into custody following the raid that occurred around 8:30 a.m.

Initial reports indicated about 100 pills of various types were found on one of the men. Police seized drug paraphernalia and $3,000.

Also, a toddler found in the apartment was removed and turned over to Lawrence County Children and Youth Services.
