Attorneys seek Jordan Brown's transfer to juvenile court

Attorneys for 12-year-old Jordan Brown are asking that his case be transferred to Lawrence County's juvenile legal system,

Jordan, accused of double homicide in the February shooting deaths of Kenzie Houk and her unborn son, is currently being tried as an adult.

A petition to move the case to the juvenile system was filed Monday afternoon. Reporter Nancy Lowry will have full details in Tuesday's edition of the New Castle News.
