Pryor III, 42, Pittsburgh —Six months intermediate punishment program with the first seven days served on house arrest with electronic monitoring; $1,000 fine; costs of prosecution; assessment by Allegheny County Drug and Alcohol; driver’s license suspension 12 months.  He pleaded guilty to DUI.

•Kathleen A. Vallely, 53, New Castle — Two years intermediate punishment program with the first 90 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring with credit for 27 days served;; $1,000 fine; costs of prosecution; assessment by Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol and license suspension for 18 months. She pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of a controlled substance.

•Meghan L. Eells, 23, New Castle — Six months probation; $150 fine. She pleaded guilty to retail theft.

•Joshua C. Long, 29, New Castle — Two years intermediate punishment program; $1,500 fines; costs of prosecution.  He pleaded guilty to DUI.

•Jack Julio Gentile, 46, Warren, Ohio — One year probation; costs of prosecution; $41 restitution to Walmart; 15 hours of community service. He pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property.

•Tonya Lynn Hellon, 31, Edinburg — Costs of prosecution; $150 fine.  She pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance.

•Tonya Lynn Hellon, 31, Edinburg — Six months probation and she is not to enter the premises of Shop ‘N Save during that time. She pleaded guilty to retail theft.

•Brandy L. Robertson, 29, New Castle —  Six months probation; costs of prosecution; $110 restitution to Walmart. She pleaded guilty to retail theft.
