Divorces

Kali Kathryn Graber, 26, of New Castle from Nicholas Kirk Hatridge, 34, of St. Louis, Mo. They were married Aug. 8, 2007.

Anna Marie Germani Morrone, 58, of New Castle from Angel A. Morrone, 64, of Asuncio, Paraguay. They were married April 5, 1975.

Douglas McCluskey, 46, of Mercer from Nicole Wellman, 38, of New Castle. They were married Sept. 16, 2006.

District judges

•Shante S. Reed, 33, of New Castle, charged by the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General with two counts of identification theft and one count each of filing a false, fraudulent or incomplete claim and criminal attempt.

New Castle police charged the following people:

•Ryan Lee King, 29, of New Castle, unauthorized use of a motor or other vehicle.

•Michael Cox Jr., 23, of two counts of disorderly conduct and one count each of flight to avoid apprehension, trial or punishment and resisting arrest.

New Castle's code enforcement department charged the following:

•King Zub Properties of New Castle, accumulation of rubbish or garbage and failure to cut weeds or grass.

•Christopher Wade, of New Castle, accumulation of rubbish or garbage.

•Janice Sue Hoffmeier, 49, of Beaver Falls, driving under the influence.

•Marneena L. Johnson, 46, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of failure to carry registration and operating vehicle without valid inspection.

•Anthony Griffith, 55, of New Castle, charged by the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General with filing a false, fraudulent or incomplete claim and criminal attempt.

•Wendell James Brewton, 54, of New Castle, charged by state police with harassment.

•Hope M. Dottle, 36, of New Castle, charged by the Lawrence County district attorney with failure to apply for dog license, failure to produce license and vaccination against rabies required violation.

•Joshua Michael Klein, 18, of New Castle, charged by Shenango Township police with trespass by motor vehicle and disorderly conduct.
