•Nicole Elaine Holmes, 43, New Castle — Six months probation, costs of prosecution. She pleaded guilty to making false identification to law enforcement authorities.
•Edwin A. Koch, 50, New Castle — Two years in the intermediate punishment program with the first 90 days on house arrest, $1,500 fines, costs of prosecution, 18-month license suspension, $52 restitution to Lawrence County. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.
•Edwin A. Koch, 50, New Castle — Six months in the intermediate punishment program with the first seven days on house arrest with electronic monitoring, $1,000 fine, costs of prosecution, 12-month license suspension. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.
•Kevin M. Cassidy, 43, New Castle — Six months probation and costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.
•Kyler Andrew Garber, 22, St. Paris, Ohio — A $200 fine, costs of prosecution, $111.82 restitution to Walmart within three months. He pleaded guilty to theft.
•Daniel Joseph Norris, 20, New Castle — Twelve months probation, costs of prosecution, $70 restitution to the victim. He pleaded guilty to theft.
•Daniel Joseph Norris, 20, New Castle — A $150 fine, costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Samuel Lee Odem, 58, Sharon —Six months in the intermediate punishment with the first 30 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring and probation for the remaining, $750 fine, costs of prosecution, $52 restitution, community service, 12-month license suspension. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.
•James Calogero Rosa, 47, New Castle — Twelve months probation, costs of prosecution, $178.07 restitution to Walmart. He pleaded guilty to retail theft.
