•Thorvald W. Anderson, 55, Bessemer — Two years in the intermediate punishment program with the first 90 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring and the remaining 21 months on probation, $1,500 fine, costs of prosecution, Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol referral, 18-month license suspension. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.

•Julius Allen, 24, New Castle — Eleven days to four months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 11 days served. Parole is granted with the condition he serve the balance of his parole under supervision of Lawrence County Adult Probation Office. Sentence also states he must have no contact with the victim, perform 20 hours community service per week during his time on parole, pay costs of prosecution and have a Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol assessment. He pleaded guilty to defiant trespass.

•Sean Eric Nixon Jr., 21, New Castle — Six months probation, $63.64 restitution to Walmart less any payments by co-defendants, 20 hours community service, costs of prosecution, Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol assessment. He pleaded guilty to retail theft.

•Jahmia Ward, 22, New Castle — Seven days to 12 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for seven days served. Parole is granted on the condition he serve the balance of his parole, pay a $150 fine and costs of prosecution, have a Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol assessment. He pleaded guilty to carrying a concealed firearm without a license.

•Marquis A. Holmes, 36, New Castle — One year probation, $26 restitution to New Castle police department. He pleaded guilty to resisting arrest.

•Marquis A. Holmes, 36, New Castle — A $100 fine, costs of prosecution, Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol assessment. He pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance.

•Leah S. McClellan, 29, Butler — Five days to 12 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for five days served. Parole is granted. She also must pay costs of prosecution and have a Butler County Drug and Alcohol assessment. She pleaded guilty to recklessly endangering another person.

•Martha M. Savage, 38, New Castle — Two years probation, $1,650 restitution to GNC Credit Union, costs of prosecution, Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol assessment. She pleaded guilty to theft by deception.

•Michael Kaye Aeschbacher, 41, New Castle — Six to 23 1/2 months in the Lawrence County jail. He is to serve the balance of his sentence on parole after parole is granted. Following the maximum period of incarceration he is sentenced to one year probation, he shall not enter Shop ’N Save while on probation and must make $266.49 restitution to Shop ’N Save. If he violates conditions of parole or probation he can be resentenced to a state correctional facility; costs of prosecution and supervision. He pleaded guilty to retail theft.

•Donald Stephenson, 44, North Braddock, Pa. — One year probation, no contact with the victim, costs of prosecution, Allegheny County Drug and Alcohol assessment. He pleaded guilty to simple assault.
