•Accident. A vehicle operated by Shirley Bell, 80, of New Castle was eastbound on Route 327 at the intersection of Mount Jackson Road about 2:45 p.m. Saturday when she failed to stop at a red traffic light and struck the side of a vehicle driven by Bradley D. Leslie, 49, of Butler, police said. No injuries were reported.

•Disorderly conduct/resisting arrest. Lanette Suzanne Wagner, 38, and Paul Edward Wagner, 39, both of 335 Mercer St., Volant, were charged following an incident early Saturday morning. Police said officers were called to the residence following complaints of loud music. Upon arrival, Lanette Wagner became argumentative, began using obscene language and was ordered to desist several times, officers said.
